1. Agent Deployment

Webjolo provides autonomous agents and neural workflows based on agreed-upon specifications. While we strive for 99.9% logic accuracy, AI systems are dynamic and require ongoing monitoring.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the underlying neural architectures and proprietary algorithms remain the property of Webjolo. Custom-trained models and client-specific data are the property of the client.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We commit to 99.9% uptime for our core automation engines. Support response times are governed by the specific tier of your deployment agreement.

4. Use Restrictions

Clients may not use Webjolo agents for illegal activities, mass misinformation, or any actions that violate our ethical AI guidelines.

5. Limitation of Liability

Webjolo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from agentic decisions made based on client-provided data or parameters.
