Refund and Cancellation

Our commitment to AI excellence involves significant resource allocation. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations and refunds.

1. Project Initiation

Deployment fees for custom neural architectures are non-refundable once the architecture design and initial training phase have commenced.

2. Subscription Services

SaaS and Agent-as-a-Service subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds for the current billing cycle are not provided, but access remains active until the end of the term.

3. Support Services

Managed support services require a 30-day notice for cancellation. Refunds for prepaid annual plans will be calculated pro-rata based on months used.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If our agents do not meet the agreed-upon logic accuracy thresholds within the first 14 days of deployment, we offer a full architecture audit or a partial refund of setup fees.
